- Base recipe = 2 cups
- Each extra cup:
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp chai
- 1 tsp sugar
- 100 ml plant milk

Steps
- Add 500 ml water to a pot
- With 3 heaped tsp masala chai
- And fresh ginger slices
- Bring to a boil
- Simmer vigorously for 10 min

- Add 3 tsp sugar
- Simmer for 5 min
5:00
- Add 250 ml plant milk
- Stir until warm
- Do not boil
- Strain through mesh
- Discard solids
- Serve
